Thanks to our patented design, PluXone® is simpler and cheaper to produce. Additionally, Pluxone® with its safety cord, can safely replace the use of multiple sets of uncorded earplugs per day.
Sustainability
We will recycle all used Pluxone® earplugs returned to our factory. Lowest energy use to manufacture. By replacing un-corded earplugs and by using holders, earplug usage can be reduced.
Safety Cord
PluXone® earplugs has a safety cord that will yield if caught up in moving machinery, thereby protecting the user.

Super soft Christmas tree earpieces ensures all day comfort and high wearing conformance. Cord is lightweight with noise cancelling technology.
Optional Integrated Holder
Lowest cost earplug set with holder. Best hygiene and no cross-contamination risk: cord not stored in contact with earpieces and Left and Right earpieces stored separately. Only holder on market that is easy to clean. Holder is fixed to cord, but easily removable. Quick and easy to stow and remove without tangling the cord.
Hygiene
Easy to clean. No difficult to reach part interfaces. No roll down required. Lowest bio-burden thanks to automated manufacturing without human contact. No bacteria traps such as porous foam earpieces or braided cords. No cross-contamination risk: left and right earpieces easily distinguishable by cord length. Versions with holders keep earplugs cleaner for longer.
